C.J. Gray is a dedicated leader in the beauty industry, currently serving her second year as a Director for the Mississippi Cosmetology & Barbering Association (MCBA). A licensed Master Cosmetologist with over 20 years of experience behind the chair in Starkville, C.J. has long been a champion for professional growth and excellence.

Her leadership within the MCBA includes a tenure as Second Vice President and two consecutive years chairing the Nomination Committee. Passionate about the evolution of her craft, she has been an active member of both the National Cosmetology Association (NCA) and the Mississippi Cosmetology Association (MCA). C.J. is a firm believer in the power of continuing education and finds great fulfillment in her "behind-the-scenes" contributions, including her collaborative work with Show Chair Gayle Lunsford to elevate association events.
