Carlene Daniels currently leads the Resolution Committee for the Mississippi Cosmetology and Barbering Association (MCBA). A licensed Cosmetology Instructor with over 35 years of industry experience, Daniels brings a wealth of expertise in salon ownership, education, and regulatory standards to her leadership role. Daniels has served with the American Cancer Society for 25 years and is the recipient of the Sunrise Award for the state of Mississippi.  Based in Hattiesburg, MS, she is the founder and owner of Unlimited Cosmetology School, where she has spent 15 years mentoring future professionals. Her career is marked by a deep commitment to excellence, including 13.5 years as a Master Stylist at J.C. Penney and 25 years as a practicing massage therapist.
